AROC Paddy Pallin Series 2008-2009

The 2008-09 season saw the TriHards acheiving many of their goals: they fielded teams for all four events in the series and they completed every race in the series - they even completed the advanced leg in one race! This year also marked the germination of the Sydney team.

Lake Macquarie, April	Murray’s Beach once more hosted a fantastic course for the race, and introduced the TriHards to coasteering! The team ran, rode, paddled and swam through the race to complete it in time for sausage sandwiches at the end!
Canberra, February	Valentine’s Day - a day for lovers, and lovers of adventure! The TriHards qualified for the advanced leg of this race! As did everybody else, and now they’ve learnt another lesson: never, ever, accept the optional advanced leg!
Canberra, November	The TriHards excelled on their home turf, with the race starting in Mr GPS’s backyard before heading out to Lake Burley Griffin where the TriHards had to swim in the murky, murky waters...
Sydney, October	The fledgling new TriHards team survived the Sydney race, along with their tyres! This was also the first race of the Sydney TriHards!
